New Order Demonstrates CFS’ Plastic-Metal Integration Capabilities

CHANHASSEN, MN (Dec. 17, 2004) – Custom Fab Solutions, LLC (CFS), a custom plastic/metal fabricator and systems integrator serving technology industries, received an order from a new customer, a worldwide medical device manufacturer, to build a custom process station.

The completed product has multiple modules that attach to each other to form an in-line batch process system. The system is configured with chemical process stations that process various products for the customer.

“The company was impressed that we were able to build a product that integrated an electropolished stainless steel frame with a plastic body,” said Bill Braunwarth, CFS Director of Sales and Marketing. “This form of horizontal integration is one of the capabilities that has made CFS a successful provider of products to high-tech companies. It is what we do best.”

The company also appreciated that fact that CFS was able to complete the project in eight weeks, from start to finish. “We anticipate this will be the first of continuing orders from this customer,” said Braunwarth.
