CFS RECEIVES SUPPLIER EXCELLENCE AWARD FROM FSI INTERNATIONAL

CHANHASSEN, MN (Nov. 7, 2008) - Custom Fab Solutions, LLC (CFS), a custom plastic/metal fabricator and systems integrator serving technology industries, announced it has received its third Supplier Excellence Award from FSI International. FSI is a global supplier of wafer cleaning equipment and technology to microelectronics manufacturing companies. 

Qualifications for this award require that a supplier must be designated as a strategic supplier and meet FSI delivery, quality and service requirements. Minimum qualification requirements are a 98% on-time delivery and a 99% quality performance record. Suppliers must further meet service expectations including flexibility to meet rush requirements and reschedules; demonstrate a commitment to "lean" initiatives to improve cost and cycle time; and to demonstrate overall responsiveness to requests. 

During the period of September 1, 2007 to 31 August 2008, CFS met or exceeded FSI’ criteria and was presented the prestigious award during a company ceremony on October 30, 2008. Presenting the award and representing FSI was Patrick Sullivan, FSI Director of Operations and Mary Beussman, FSI Senior Buyer.
