GLOBAL COMPANY SELECTS CFS TO BUILD ADVANCED CHEMICAL FILTERS

CHANHASSEN, MN. (Sept. 30, 2004) – Custom Fab Solutions, LLC (CFS), a custom plastic/metal fabricator and systems integrator serving technology industries, was recently selected by a global filtration systems provider to manufacture state-of-the-art, point-of-use chemical filters that are used in advanced microlithography and wafer inspection products.

In continuing service to the customer, CFS procures the necessary materials, processes the materials to specifications, builds, documents the build, tests, certifies test results, and then ships the cleanroom-packaged product to the end-use customer.

To win the trust of one of the end-use customers, CFS was audited to guarantee it met the company’s rigorous standards for procurement, raw material traceability, manufacturing, quality, testing, documentation and cleanliness. “We passed with flying colors,” said Bill Braunwarth, CFS Director of Sales and Marketing. “So much so that, in addition to the filters we currently build for the customer, we have been asked to re-produce this success with an advanced chemical and air purification product.”
