CFS receives order from frozen food manufacturer CHANHASSEN, MN (July 17, 2009) - Custom Fab Solutions, LLC (CFS), a contract manufacturer and custom plastic/metal fabricator serving technology industries, announced a large order from a new food customer based in Chaska, MN. The customer is a supplier of ready-to-eat and frozen pies to the food service industry. Using 3D CAD software, CFS engineering designed an integrated system that will deliver pies from a production area to an industrial oven. The system has four (4) sections that can operate independently and be easily re-configured to meet future production requirements. Custom Fab Solutions will fabricate all specialty components and the stainless steel frame assembly. All stainless steel parts will be electro-polished using CFS’ proprietary finishing process. Prior to shipment the system will be assembled, quality inspected and functionally tested. "This new order demonstrates the success of focusing our capabilities, technology and core competencies on the food industry," said Bill Braunwarth, CFS Director of Sales and Marketing. “Our vertical integration allows us to be extremely cost competitive on stainless steel fabrication and metal finishing. This allows us to provide food and beverage customers with the quality products that meet USDA/FDA standards.”
