CFS SELLS ADVANCED DI WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM TO DISK DRIVE MANUFACTURER

CHANHASSEN, MN (July 7, 2008) - Custom Fab Solutions, LLC (CFS), a custom plastic/metal fabricator and systems integrator serving technology industries, announced a multiple system order from a California-based Disk Drive manufacturer.

The new system will sterilize, filter micro-contaminates and remove dissolved gases from a DI water flow stream. Un-controlled amounts of dissolved gasses cause adverse disk drive production process results and create micro-bubbles which affect accurate particle measurements. The product utilizes a micro-controller to dynamically monitor and control the levels of dissolved gases in a DI Water flow stream.
