CUSTOM FAB SOLUTIONS CREATES SOLUTIONS FOR STANDARD TO COMPLEX PRODUCTS

CHANHASSEN, MN. – (Jan 16, 2004) – In one of its newest contracts, Custom Fab Solutions, LLC (CFS), a custom plastic/metal fabricator and systems integrator serving technology industries, demonstrated its versatility by creating a customized interface that required several disciplines not customarily offered by plastic fabrication companies.,/

When a Minneapolis manufacturing company serving the medical industry requested a special chemical interface assembly, CFS had the necessary in-house engineering expertise and equipment to provide a one-stop solution for the customer. The resulting interface connected the company’s process station to a chemical docking station. The end product required design, engineering, machining, plastic and PFA welding, metal forming, and electropolishing to successfully create a customized solution to fulfill criteria specified by its customer.
